A selection from the two Drever McGuire Young.(DMY) albums

DMY came together in early 2012 and released two albums: “Gifts” and “The Return of The Shoestring Orchestra”. Ivan had worked with and known Frankie McGuire over a number of years and met Rich Young at a folk club in Scotland where they played together for the first time.

Their music is an exciting and eclectic sound that encompasses a huge variety of musical influences from their individual backgrounds.

Gifts was the first album by the trio it was released in 2012. It was recorded, mixed and mastered by Rich Young at Phaff Studio and Cava Studio. Return Of The Shoestring Orchestra was recorded at Cava Studio and Phaff Studio Mixed and mastered by Rich Young and Bernie Precious It was released in 2014.
